Send us an email to email@example.com at any time. We answer all email within one business day. If you have not received a response, please double check that you don’t have any spam filters installed which are blocking our messages to you. If you maintain an incoming whitelist, please allow all messages from the pomodoroapp.com domain.
After sending an email, PomodoroApp will also email you a confirmation that the case was received. You are given a ticket number and a link to track the status of your case. You can bookmark that link and come back at any time to view the status of that case. The bookmark includes a generated password so that their case remains private.
